You can pick up five new quests from the bag on the table right next to him. Behind him is the Mages’ Collective Liaison. To the left of where he was standing you’ll find Kester. Loot his body to receive the Guild Supplies he stole. He will most likely attack, so kill him and his thugs. Speak to him on behalf of the Blackstone Irregulars. Head down to the lake and off to the left – here you’ll meet Sammael the Deserter.
